Our policy lasts 30 days for Domestic &International. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as the original packaging with the tag intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For orders placed during the holiday season: orders placed after December 1, 2021, will have until December 31, 2021, to initiate the return (or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is greater) Happy Holidays!
We will process your order within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from NYC, NY. Residents of New York City, New York will pay 4.75% state tax on their purchases. All other state taxes on their purchase.

Shipments within the U.S. are sent by UPS with tracking confirmation. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Signature is required upon delivery unless the client specifies otherwise. KLOEIS is not responsible for any loss or missing item.

International orders will be shipped by UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express, USPS First Class Package. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please note, this does not take into account customs clearance delays that may arise.
International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for the payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide them.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
